International Perfume and Beauty Festival

1. Object

These Conditions of Participation define the terms of registration, participation and presence of exhibitors at the International Perfume and Beauty Festival , organized in Cannes and Grasse.

Registering as an exhibitor implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.


2. Event

International Perfume and Beauty Festival

📍 Location:
Fashion Art Perfumes Museum
20 Avenue Flotte – 06400 Cannes – France

📅 Dates:

  • May 15, 2026 : Visit to the historic center of Grasse

  • May 16 & 17, 2026 : Exhibition and meetings in Cannes


3. Exhibitor registration

Registration as an exhibitor necessarily includes:

  • booking a stand via the official website,

  • full payment of participation fees,

  • the return of the completed and signed Commitment Form / Registration Form .

Participation is considered final only after validation of the complete application.


4. Stands and surfaces

The stands are offered in different sizes (3 m², 6 m², 9 m², 12 m² or more).
The allocation of locations is carried out by the organizer based on:

  • availability,

  • consistency with the spirit of the festival,

  • of the registration validation date.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the layout of the stands for technical or organizational reasons.


5. Participation fees

Participation fees are indicated on each stand's information sheet and expressed in euros.

All reservations are firm and definitive.
No refund will be given in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor.


6. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, exhibitor registrations linked to a dated event do not benefit from any right of withdrawal.


7. Obligations of exhibitors

Each exhibitor agrees to:

  • to respect the image, values ​​and positioning of the Festival,

  • to offer products and content that comply with current legislation,

  • Follow the safety and installation instructions.

  • to be covered by professional liability insurance.

Any behavior or content deemed inappropriate may result in immediate exclusion without refund.


8. Installation and operation

The details of installation, schedule and dismantling will be communicated to exhibitors before the event.

Exhibitors are responsible for:

  • regarding the layout of their stand,

  • of their products,

  • of their staff and their assets.


9. Insurance and liability

The organizer accepts no responsibility in the event of:

  • theft, loss or damage to the exhibitor's property,

  • damages caused by the exhibitor or their equipment.

Each exhibitor is strongly advised to take out appropriate insurance.


10. Cancellation or modification of the event

In the event of force majeure, administrative decision or event beyond the control of the organizer, the Festival may be postponed or adapted.

No additional compensation can be claimed.


11. Communication and image

By participating in the Festival, the exhibitor authorizes the organizer to use:

  • her name,

  • its logo,

  • images taken during the event,

for communication, promotion and archival purposes of the Festival, without financial compensation.


12. Personal data

The data collected during exhibitor registration is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy .


13. Governing Law

These conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in the district where the organizer's headquarters are located.
