General Terms and Conditions of Sale

International Perfume and Beauty Festival

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made on the website https://festivalinternationalduparfum.com, including in particular:

  • festival access tickets

  • Exhibitor registration and stand reservations

  • festival merchandise and official items

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Identity of the organizer

The sales are organized by the International Perfume and Beauty Festival,
Fashion Art Perfumes Museum,
20 avenue Flotte, 06400 Cannes – France.

Article 3 – Products and services

The essential characteristics of the products, tickets and stands are described on each product sheet.
The visuals, illustrations and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 4 - Order

The order is considered final after:

  • Payment confirmation, and

  • where applicable, receipt of the completed and signed registration form (stands and exhibitors).

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of non-compliance with the conditions or incomplete information.

Article 5 - Price

Prices are shown in euros (€).
They can be displayed excluding taxes (HT) or including all taxes (TTC) depending on the nature of the product.

Any applicable fees are specified before order confirmation.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment is made:

  • by credit card via the secure solutions offered by Shopify,

  • or by bank transfer when this option is indicated.

No banking data is stored by the site.

Article 7 – Exhibitor/Stand Registration

For exhibitor stands:

  • The registration form (commitment form) is mandatory.

  • Participation is validated only after receipt of payment and the signed form.

All stand reservations are final and non-refundable.

Article 8 – Absence of right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

  • event tickets,

  • Exhibitor registrations,

  • services related to a dated event

do not benefit no right of withdrawalNo refunds or exchanges, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

Article 9 – Cancellation or modification of the event

In the event of total cancellation of the Festival for reasons beyond the control of the organizer (force majeure, administrative decision, security), the organizer reserves the right to postpone the event or to propose an alternative solution.

No additional compensation can be claimed.

Article 10 - Liability

The organizer cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or participation in the festival.

Exhibitors are responsible for their products, facilities and insurance.

Article 11 - Personal data

The personal data collected are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, visuals, documents) are the exclusive property of the International Perfume and Beauty Festival.
Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Article 13 - Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the organizer's headquarters.
