The festival takes place between Grasse , the historical cradle of perfumery, and Cannes , in the heart of the French Riviera.

Who can exhibit at the festival?

The stands are open to perfume and beauty brands, designers, artisans, independent houses, institutions and players in the perfume & lifestyle sector.


How to book an exhibitor's stand?

Booking is done directly via the website, by choosing the desired stand size.
A registration form (commitment form) must be downloaded, completed and returned to validate participation.


Is payment sufficient to confirm my participation?

Payment allows you to reserve your stand, but participation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment. et of the completed commitment form.


What sizes of stands are available?

Several sizes are available: 3 m², 6 m², 9 m² and 12 m², with the possibility of custom-made stands depending on the needs.


Is the furniture included?

Information regarding equipment, furniture and installation will be communicated to exhibitors once registration has been validated.


Can we choose the location of our stand?

Locations are allocated by the organization to ensure smooth traffic flow and a consistent experience for visitors.


Can multiple brands be displayed on the same stand?

This is possible subject to prior approval by the organization.


What audience are the exhibitors targeting?

Exhibitors meet a diverse audience: professionals, media, enthusiasts, buyers and visitors interested in the world of perfume and beauty.
